Controls and reflects the number of equalizer coefficients per downstream frequency in the cmDsCalEqualizerCoefTable. Note that the total number of entries in this table will be the value of cmDsCalNumOffsets (from the BRCM-CM-FACTORY-MIB) multiplied by this value. If this value is changed, then the cmDsCalEqualizerCoefTable will be destroyed and rebuilt with the new number of coefficients, but all coefficient values will be set to zero.
