This object specifies the number of times, an unsuccessful call has to be retried. When even after this many times, it was not possible, to establish an ISDN connection, the original X.25 call is cleared. In addition to that, when there are currently no other ISDN calls established for the interface, the interface moves to the BLOCKED state for BlockTime seconds.
