The interface index the call has to be sent to. If this value is set to one, the call will be used locally. If the value is set to zero, the call will be refused. The routing entry will only be used if the destination interface status is up or dormant. Additionally the target link must be in the state ready, if it is permanently activated, i.e. the x25LkL2IdleTimer is set to -1.
