This table predefines the link-parameters to be used, when a link is created. If no entry is contained in this table for a particular link, it will be setup with the default values. In any case, the parameters finally choosen for a link are displayed in the x25LinkTable. For point-to-multipoint interfaces, the parameters for the link may be set for all connected partners (x25LkPrAddr is empty) of for the specific partners individually (x25LkPrAddr is the MAC-address of the partner).
