The operational status of the CES interworking function. The up and down states indicate that the traffic flow is enabled or disabled respectively across the CES interworking function. The unknown state indicates that the state of the CES interworking function cannot be determined. The state will be down or unknown if the supporting CBR or ATM interfaces are down or unknown, respectively.
