atAlmMonOutputLedEntry

This entry reprents an association between one LED and one alarm.
            
To configure an alarm to use an output LED, a user needs to create a new
entry. This can be done through writing a value of used(2) to object
atAlmMonOutputLedUsage that is specified by atAlmMonOutputLedStkId and
atAlmMonOutputRelayAlarmId.
            
To reconfigure an alarm not to use an output LED, a user needs to delete
the entry. This can be done by writing a value of unused(1) to object
atAlmMonOutputLedUsage.
