Destination IP address and community string for a
particular trap receiver.  Entries can be added or
deleted. To add an entry, all objects which have
read-write access defined in the same table should
be set in one set request with a valid value in
the object ipagentTrapRcvrStatus. To delete an
entry, set ipagentTrapRcvrStatus to invalid.
