scalar mandatory r/w RFC1155-SMIIpAddress 
The IP agent's administrative IP address.
The current operational IP address can be
obtained from ipAdEntAddr in the ipAddrTable.
This parameter will take effect only after an
agent restart or reset.  This parameter will
always be updated in EEPROM.
