An entry in the cpuLoadTable. The index of the entry is slotId. An entry represents the CPU load of the board in the slot. The CPU load includes detail value and average value respectively. The slot can be NT slot or LT slot. Row creation : An entry is created by the system when a board is planning Row deletion : An entry is deleted by the system when a board is unplanning. Index usage : the index is the slot id. Note that entries will be presented to the SNMP manager in full lexicographical order.
