The asamSystemID object represents the SID (System ID) of the NE
and is used to identify the NE.
The System ID may only include printable ASCII characters from '!'
(33 Decimal, 21 Hex) to '~' (126 Decimal, 7E Hex) inclusive and must
be unique for each NE in a managed network.
