This object indicates the laser temperature high warning threshold of network lane for CFP4.
When any network lane's laser temperature of CFP4 is larger than this value,then alarm OLTTEMPHIWARN will be reported.
The module level threshold is indicated by sfpDiagRSSITemperatureWarnHigh.
Applicable only for CFP4,Shown as 'Not Applicable' for others.
'Not Supported' is shown when the matching profile is not found.
