This object indicates the laser temperature high alarm threshold of network lanefor CFP4.
When any network lane's laser temperature of CFP4 is larger than this value,then alarm OLTTEMPHI will be reported.
The module level threshold is indicated by sfpDiagRSSITemperatureAlmHigh.
Applicable only for CFP4,Shown as 'Not Applicable' for others.
'Not Supported' is shown when the matching profile is not found.
