utility criteria will be applied on all ports.
Otherwise the filtering criteria to be used for the ports
will be taken from dot1qFutureVlanFilteringUtilityCriteria
for the respective ports.

is done in the system.
- It is recommended to configure this object in the following sequence:
-Configure this object
-Save the configuration into permanent database
-Restart the system.
