Indicates the synchronization level or levels that the
transaction program supports.  The levels are defined as
follows:
              
     none      - allocation requests indicating a
                 synchronization level of none are allowed to
                 start the program.
     confirm   - allocation requests indicating a
                 synchronization level of confirm are allowed
                 to start the program.
     syncpoint - allocation requests indicating a
                 synchronization level of sync point are
                 allowed to start the program.
