The object is used to enable/disable the in band management.
It is encoded as a map of ten bits, each one enabling in band
from/to a Lan port according to the following schema
bit  0 (mask 0x001) enable/disable frames sending to port 1 (lan-1),
bit  1 (mask 0x002) enable/disable frames sending to port 2 (lan-2),
bit  2 (mask 0x004) enable/disable frames sending to port 3 (lan-3),
bit  3 (mask 0x008) enable/disable frames sending to port 4 (lan-4),
...
bit  9 (mask 0x200) enable/disable frames sending to port 10 (lan-10),
bit 10 (mask 0x400) enable/disable frames sending to port 11 (internal-port1),
bit 11 (mask 0x800) enable/disable frames sending to port 12 (internal-port2),
...
bit  N (mask (1<<N)) enable/disable frames sending to port N+1 (internal-port(N-9))
A null value disables the in band management.
