This object defines the new customer tag modified by the operator
in the output frame.
The values being assigned have the hereunder listed meanings:
0 - don't rewrite the input C-tag;
1..4095 - rewrite the input C-tag with the assigned value;
4096 - remove the input C-tag. This value is allowed only
for downlink instances.
A SET operation on this leaf can be used to create an instance.
When an instance is created this way, the status leaf has got
value notInService.
