Range is 0 - 16383 Firebolt register Offset: 0x006pp30 - 0x37 Bits: 13:0 CellSetLimit , Default: 0x0100 This setting allocates the guaranteed cells for one port's CoSx queue. After cell count over this limit, it will start using dynamic cells in port dynamic space.
