This OID instructs the Auto Upgrade system to determine
which modules in the shelf require firmware upgrade, then
to upgrade each card if necessary.  Status and progress of
the Auto Upgrade system may be monitored through the use of
the adTAeScuAutoUpgradeStatus OID.
