Object
This object specifies the genBridgeMinNumActivePhyls value. It must always be at most the same number as phyls specified in adGenEasyBridgeMemberPhyls. If the number of phyls specified by adGenEasyBridgeMemberPhyls is greater than this object's value then the user is trying to indicate the notion of spare links. This number must be non-zero on a 'create' operation. DEFAULT: 0
