a3RipIpDefMetric

This parameter specifies whether RIP-IP advertises
the default route.  The default route is the
network with internet address 0.0.0.0 and is 
reported with a metric equal to the value of this
parameter.  If this is set to 0, the default
route is advertised only if it was learned and if
that default route is allowed by the corresponding policies.
