The baud rate for serial paths. For ethernet,
token ring, or FDDI connections this reports the
actual value, but SETs are not allowed for those
Paths.
In order for any modifications to take effect, the
path must be enabled(re-enabled if it is already enable).
Note, this object is replacing a3ComPathBaud, which is
being deprecated. For SW release 7.0, both objects
will be supported.
