This object specifies an entry in the table, and is a
Group Port. Group Ports are virtual ports used as points
of attachment to Logical Networks by upper layer clients.
Valid values number within the virtual port range (greater
than a3mlnMaxPhyPorts and less than a3mlnMaxPorts).
