This parameter specifies how often the router sends both
RIP and SAP regular updates to exhange routing and service
information. This parameter is defined in units of seconds.
NOTE: for NETBuilders running sw version 8.0 and greater,
this object is no longer supported. a3ipxRipUpdateTime
and a3ipxSapUpdateTime have replaced its functionality.
