To create an entry in the table, use SNMP multiple set operation
and following objects must be set:
wwpLeosNtpServerAddr and wwpLeosNtpServerStatus.
To use MD5 authentication, wwpLeosNtpServerKeyId must be set at the time
of creation along with wwpLeosNtpServerAddr and wwpLeosNtpServerStatus,
otherwise no MD5 authentication will be used.
