for interfaces.  This table gives a list of
interfaces that are assigned to different features.
The interfaces supported are of the type
fibreChannel.
          
If a feature is removed from ssmProvFeatureTable,
then corresponding entries in ssmProvFeatureIfTable
will also get removed.
