                The following are values of RCODE in the 
                update packet: 
        
                FORMERR    The name server was unable to 
                           interpret the request due to a 
                           format error. 
        
                REFUSED    The name server refuses to 
                           perform the specified operation 
                           for policy or security reasons. 
        
TSIG            A transaction signature of secret key 
                transaction  authentication for DNS.

                The following are TSIG related error 
                conditions, while processing incoming 
                messages:
        
                BADTIME    The time in the TSIG message is 
                           off the limit
        
                BADKEY     The key in the TSIG message is 
                           not valid
        
                BADSIG     The signature in the TSIG 
                           message is not valid
