1-12 refers to the cards on VCS stack member 1 and
13-24 refers to the cards on VCS stack member 2.

The OID value used to identify the type of board
that is defined in the alliedTelesis's 'boards'
enterprise MIB.
If the board is provisioned or an unsupported
hardware, this object will have the value of 0 0.

chassisCardName
The name of the card. E.g. AT-SBx81CFC400, AT-SBx81CFC960 for

card state. The valid state is in one of the following:
unknown(1), active(2) or standby(3).
