This table is a superset of the table defined in the
draft NTPv4-MIB to provide NTP configuration options.
It is indexed by adGenNtpAssocAddress.  When
setting adGenNtpAssocRowStatus to active you must set
the adGenNtpAssocAddress.  All other parameters are
optional at row creation.
