column IF-MIBInterfaceIndex 
The interface index of the AC bound to this AC directly in
a layer 2 local switching rule (hairpin).
              
If the vpwsBindPwBindType is pwMibIndex, then this value
will match the configured vpwsBindCfgLclSwitchIfIndex.
              
Otherwise, the hairpin interface index is determined when
the auto-discovery process learns that the remote site
is hosted at the local PE router.  This field is zero if
the remote site is not hosted at the local PE router.
