Entity index of DC-RTM supporting the IPv4 address family
to which LDP Path Manager is to join to as part of
activation.  If set to 0, then this RPI join will not be
created.
              
If this field is set to a non-zero value, then
dccrldpPmLdpEntityCreateNhrLdb must be set to 'false', and
dccrldpPmLdpEntityRpi6PartnerIx must take a different
value (which may or may not be zero).
              
This field should be set to a non-zero value whenever
DC-LDP is required to distribute labels for IP FECs.
              
The value of this field should be decided during
integration.  The field is not expected to change during
the lifetime of the DC-LDP PM entity.  As such, this
object follows the replaceOnlyWhileDisabled behavior.  It
may not be changed when the row is active.
