column BRIDGE-MIBTimeout 
The period of time between the transmission of
MST BPDUs by this node on any port when it is the
root of the spanning tree or trying to become so, 
in units of hundredths of a second. This is the actual
value, which is advertised by the Root bridge and is 
currently used for this MST Instance.
