The 32-bit unsigned sum of the link-state
advertisements' LS checksums contained in this
virtual interface's link-local link state database.
The sum can be used to determine if there has
been a change in the virtual interface's link state
database, and to compare the virtual interface link-state
database of the virtual neighbors.
