Object
The length of time, in seconds, between the Hello packets
that the router sends on this sham link. This value must
be the same for the remote endpoint.
Note that this field is ignored when Fast Hellos are used.
Fast Hellos are configured using
ospfPmShamLinkRtrDeadInterval.
