The address of the source or source network which has been
pruned.  The mask must either be all 1's, or else
dvmrpPruneSource and dvmrpPruneSourceMask must match
dvmrpRouteSource and dvmrpRouteSourceMask for some entry in
the dvmrpRouteTable.
