The number of packets conforming to this classifier and meter that have been dropped by a random drop process because the queue is over-full. This object is used on high speed lines. Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at re-initialization of the management system, and at other times as indicated by the value of ifCounterDiscontinuityTime.
