If iscsiSsnDirection is Outbound, this object is a
UTF-8 string that will contain the name of the remote
target.  If this session is a discovery session that
does not specify a particular target, this object will
contain a zero-length string.
              
If iscsiSsnDirection is Inbound, this object will
contain a zero-length string.
