scalar r/w Enumeration 
Indicates whether the traps, 'mplsLdpSessionUp' and
'mplsLdpSessionDown' will be generated or not.
          
If the value of this object is 'enabled(1)'
then the traps will generated.  If the value
of this object is 'disabled(2)' then the
traps will not be generated.  The DEFVAL
is set to 'disabled(2)'.
