scalar r/w Enumeration 
When set to 1 (Enable), SID packets are sent with the RTP SID
type (RFC 3389).
0 = Disable
1 = Enable
Determines whether Silence Indicator (SID) packets that are
sent and received are according to RFC 3389. 
0 = Disabled (default).
1 = Enabled.
Note: Applicable only to MP-11x and Mediant 1000.
