scalar r/w SNMPv2-SMIIpAddress 
The Call Agent IP address, in dotted notation, to be used for
the initial Restart in Progress (RSIP) message. Set to 0.0.0.0
to avoid sending RSIP. This parameter overrides the BootP
server's Call Agent IP address, if provided.
Range:  Legal IP address.
Access: Offline.
