igCrvRowStatus

Used to control row creation and deletion. 
              
A row in this table is created using a single 
SNMP SET request with varbinds for:
a) igCrvRowStatus set to'CreateAndGo', 
b) the following READ-CREATE object(s) without a
   default value (DEFVAL): igCrvLineState
c) READ-CREATE objects with a DEFVAL but whose
   defined default value is inappropriate:
   * igCrvSignalType
