Trunk type specifies the signaling method currently
used. Valid types are loop start,ground start and
loop reverse battery. The default value is loop start.
An instance of this object only exists when the 
atmVccAal2AppId is set to casPotsOnlyNoElcp. 
If the atmVccAal2AppId is not equal to casPotsOnlyNoElcp
the entry should be set unknown.
