included in the DHCP Offer to Conditional DHCP client devices 
matching this rule. NOTE that Option 2 (Timezone Offset) will 
also be included in the DHCP Offer. The Option 2 value will be 
automatically populated by the ONT, based on what it was assigned 
on an uplink interface with DHCP client enabled.
