The current balance policy of the virtual router. This object has
three defined values:
              
- 'roundRobin', which indicates that the virtual router is
 set round robin policy.
              
- 'weighted', which indicates the virtual router is
 set weighted policy.
              
- 'hostDependent', which indicates the virtual router is
 set host dependent policy.
