Set BGP community attribute.
The value of config includes:
internet             Internet(Well known community)
no-advertise         Do not advertise to any peer
no-export            Do not export to next AS
no-export-subconfed  Do not send outside local AS
none                 No community attribute.
If set community none has been setted, other types of set community can't be setted.
If set community has been setted with attribute addtive, 
other configs of set community can't be setted without attribute addtive.
