The day mode of the summer time.
If the day mode is date, the zxr10SummerTimeStartDate and  
zxr10SummerTimeEndDate are valid. 
If the day mode is weekDay, the zxr10SummerTimeStartWeek, 
zxr10SummerTimeStartWeekDay, zxr10SummerTimeEndWeek, 
zxr10SummerTimeEndWeekDay are valid.
