The address of the secondary DNS server, this attribute has 
default value 0 (not set). If this value is set, it overrides 
any values returned in DHCP.
              
The address type (InetAddressType) that relates to
this object is specified by the corresponding value
of zxGponVoipIpProfileSecDnsType.
