This attribute indicates the type of interface.
For eth UNI:
The third byte specifies the slot Id associated with this UNI;the forth byte 
specifies the port Id associated with this UNI.
For flow:
The forth byte specifies the flow Id.(4 bytes)
For IPHostConfigDataId:
The third and forth bytes provides a unique number for each instance of this managed entity.(4 bytes)
