Internally measured transceiver temperature. Represented as a 16 bit signed twos 
complement value in increments of 1/256 degrees Celsius, yielding a total range of
-128C to +128C. Temperature accuracy is vendor specific but must be better than ??3 
degrees Celsius over specified operating temperature and voltage. Please see vendor 
specification for details on location of temperature sensor. The temperature in degrees 
Celsius is given by the signed twos complement value with LSB equal to 1/256 C.
