For a L3 only switch, this object contains the actual switch
interface from 1 to 4094 or 0 if unassigned.
              
Changing this object for this row causes all rows with the same
'tmsL3InBandIfIndex' as this row to be changed to this new
'tmsL3InBandVidIface' value.
