Indicates the VLAN on which the zxAnSecSvcMacDriftAddress is
drifted from zxAnSecSvcMacDriftFromIfIndex to 
zxAnSecSvcMacDriftToIfIndex.
This object is instantiated only when
zxAnMasEnable and zxAnMasMacMoveReportEnable 
value is set to enable(1) and a MAC drift is detected by the MAC 
drift notification feature.
